Cool! And I think Paul is on his way back form holiday judging by his tweets.

Can I though in a cudmugeonly way wish that people who stop creating 80 trillion new threads about honeycomb, and us just have one "Honeycomb 3.0" thread and if people have new info, links they post them there?

Please? Pretty please? Go on you know it makes sense.

Also, and I'm no dev, but I think the limiting factor in having so really ace, stable working 3.0 roms is that the AOSP has not been released yet. My (admittadly limited) understanding is that making ROMs from the SDK is always going to be a bit of a botch job. The Xoom dump will help but we need the AOSP to drop before people can start in anger.

Also I think 3.0 doesn't have SD support ATM (or so I have heard) so until that is patched not sure how useful it will be on the Vega given our pretty paltry internal memory.

got sd card support on the zte blade honeycomb port, at the moment it's a dirty hack job of boot.img from a working rom, extract ramdisk, add line to init.rc, repack and add the system.img from the sdk.

how to unpack and repack a ramdisk instructions are here http://discuz-android.blogspot.com/2008/01...ramdiskimg.html
