App icons missing when using folders (Froyo)

I'm using FLB r9b and LauncherPro.

I've started using folders on the homescreens to keep things tidy. I noticed that when I put certain apps into folders, they sometimes lose their icon and have the generic Android placeholder icon. Looks like this:

I worked out what is common about the apps with missing icons: they are the ones installed to the SD card (with the basic way that Froyo handles it... I have personally not done anything regarding apps2sd or partitions... I don't know how it works).

So I guess I'm not asking any questions. I'm just wondering if anyone else has noticed the same thing, and if anything can be done about it. Also I wonder if Folders can be more customisable in general, such as choosing the order of the apps?

I get the same thing (Modaco r12 w/LauncherPro) - SD apps don't have their icons. If you restart LauncherPro the icons will appear, so I think it might be because when LauncherPro scans for the icons after boot the SD card hasn't mounted yet.
