For convenience, i've uploaded update zip files that update the baseband (radio) only. :huh:

Yes, just use fastboot whilst you have the phone in bootloader mode. Don't name it update.zip. Switch the phone off and hold power on and volume up button to ge there.

Then *fastboot-file* flash radio *insert radio image* in terminal (if you are on a mac, anyway.) Paul has a good walkthrough of flashing bits and pieces somewhere but I can't find it at the moment. it's dead east, and even if you do end up having to use fastboot oem unlock to flash the radio, you can use fastboot oem lock to relock it. Dead easy.
