Guest KiGonJinn Posted March 1, 2011 Report Posted March 1, 2011 I´ve seen that some of the games just run on Android 2.3 and above. Could that be a problem in near future?

Only Monster Madness has this problem at the moment (I think). Anyway, if game developers are limiting themseleves that much, people who have bought phones such as the LG Optimus 2X or Motorola Atrix won't be able to buy their games (at least for a while), and they'll lose some potential profit. Guest simonta Posted March 1, 2011 Report Posted March 1, 2011 I can't get to my Vega at the moment but if someone fancies a little tinker, IIRC the version of Android reported to the market is contained in build.prop in /system. ro.build.version.sdk=x http://developer.android.com/guide/appendix/api-levels.html Should be possible to fake out the market by editing the SDK version and see 2.3 or 3.0 apps. If you try this, please post back. I'll give it a go later....
