Blade Playing UP / Recovery Manager

Ok i'm starting to have problems with recovery manager , i TPT Orange OUK_P729BV1.0.0B10 as i was giving it to a friend (they wanted it standered as that fell through i decided to reinstall flb_10 done the norm with rooting the device installed recovery via command line ./fastboot-linux flash recovery recovery-clockwork-2.5.1.8-blade.img then ./fastboot-linux reboot , but now i cant seem to access it via recovery manager or even poweron vol- , installing via recovery manager gives no errors either but the strange thing is it rebooted into v 3.0.0.6

I tried to use the JJ9 TPT image too but this is still the same no access to it

it just hangs on green android i have used all recovery versions but the strange thing is if i install CM7 nightly and then via rom manager install their compatible version everything works.
