Orange warranty in other EU countries

Hey I live in Finland and I bought a blade from an ebay seller and my phone has lots of dust under the screen and I've heard you can get a replacement item for that? So where can I apply for a replacement item and can it be done from over here? And Fins shut up about that Saunalahti blade I already got the contract but sold the tft phone and bought and amoled one.
