Followed link but its well beyond me, still learning about adb pushing and the like but i hope its helpful to those who visit this forum and create those great mods and updates.

Also Paul welcome back from your holidays hope you and your family had a good time.

I also tried to extract the image, and got the errors shown on the attached image.

Do you also get these errors?

Have you tried loop mounting the img?

Perhaps they didn't use yaffs

I'm @ work at the moment, so unable to try myself...

Just gunzip'ped then ran as per the instructions and there it was :


tegra/tegra_ventana_gb_20110222$ ls
boot.img flash.bct nvflash recovery.img ventana_flash.sh
bootloader.bin flash.cfg perfhud_switch system.img
[/codebox]

128mb so I can't upload.

Ok, but intarwebs are painfully slow - you'd probably be quicker with a live CD :huh:

Dont see why I should get different results to those on doze though *shrugs*

I think the issue was being able to extract the files/folders from system.img, not actually being able extract it from download?

Looks like you have the files now but for information the mount loop method is the way to go:-

In linux = mount -o loop system.img <then directory of system.img location eg /home/downloads/tegra or whatever the location is>

If you want to do this for yourself.
