German Language in MoDaCo Custom Froyo ROM R12 and other Questions (Swap/App2SD)

i hope i can drop my questions here as an topic:)?

the R12 is a very good ROM but i have still problems to activate the german language support. My first try was to search apps in other ROMs that are translated but this are very buggy and i have seen the SetupWizard was wiped and the first boot are initialized the ROM to british english. My next steps was to edit the build.prop and chance the language there. Now the systems are german after the first install and init and some more Apps are now translated to german.

Its a step into fully translation but now i don't have an idee how i can 100% make the R12 fully translated.

1. Has anybody some tips for me, what are the best steps now?

2. I want to wipe/stripdown the Framework and the hole systems to 2 Languages like the original Android 2.1 on the german Base lutea. What files i must delete and edit to do this? English/German

3. How can i activate the complete moving to sdcard i mean data/app /data/dalvik-cache works with the app2sd+ option in the kitchen-baker, but only the option for data2sd i miss?

4. How can i activate the swap-partition?
