Transparent notification bar

Hi,

A few weeks back I worked out a way of changing the notification bar so it would be transparent.

I created several pre-packaged tweaks in various colours on the transparency and also a guide to creating your

own themes as well.

I have been really busy with Uni Project and finally managed to write up the last part to the guide :(
