Help:( (streak official 1.6) cant upgrade official pkg "blackscreen"

Hi,

i have been facing this issue with my official 1.6 in the process for the official upgrade to the 2.2.

i guess it was because i updated the clockworkmod via ROM MANAGER.

i have tried flashing alot of recovery.img via fastboot... and i still get the black screen when i go to the recovery mode and choose option 2 "upgrade.pkg".

i would really appreciate if anyone can help me :(.

(i never flashed a custom ROM)

I tried using the Recovery at http://android.modaco.com/content/dell-str...rboot-recovery/ and i got passed the blackscreen but in the middle of the update it says FOTA MODEL MISSMATCH since its the link from the upgrade notification on my dell.

is it the wrong recovery?
