Streak "random" reboot/shut down (StreakDroid 1.8.0+)

My Streak has been either shutting off completely or rebooting ever since I installed StreakDroid 1.8.0 and the problem still occurs in 1.8.1. When it shuts off, I can't simply restart it though; I have to pull the battery. I did receive a warning after installing 1.8.0 about the UIDs(?) not matching and stating that my device may be unstable.

Are there some sort of crash logs that could tell me if this is a software issue? Any advice?

Thanks!

I have this problem too. Tried clearing caches, flashing 318 to factory reset. Random reboot or freezing seems mostly to occur while I'm not using the phone. I'm gonna go back to 1.7.

Same here with 1.81. I am going back to 1.61 though. Hope there is a fix soon

me too,

I managed to run CatLog up until the time it crashed... posting it up here to be helpful. (Warning it's a big one... )

I had the same issues with 1.8 but only when mobile hot spot was active.. it would stay at dell logo until I pulled the battery. 1.8.1 hasn't restarted on me yet. I did qdltool then 318..factory reset.. flashed 1.8.1 and did another factory reset.

Strangely, I've been facing this issue since yesterday. I had just started using TTorrent, so I thought it might be something to do with that. But today it's gotten so bad to the point where it's rebooting/shutting off almost every hour. And I've already removed TTorrent. Think I'll have to go back down to 1.7.1 for a while. Currently on 1.8.1 Really weird, because the first couple of days that I flashed it, everything was really stable and fast. Or maybe I didn't notice any reboots then. Not sure.

been noticing this in last couple of days but only cause the ATK notification icon is up. Have installed Catlog and am recording line per line to try and catch the next one.

I went back to 1.8.0, seems that it doesn't reboot/freeze nearly as often

Looks like your ril is dying, or at least your radio

see the bug hunting thread I started,

and check the other logs that I detail in that thread

Same here on 1.8.1, I went through clockwork mod and cleared all caches possible, hasn't happened since.

According to your log you do, did you try the jumper test as that syncs with google music?

I hadn't even noticed it till you mentioned it there. :(

I do have music on the SD card but only listen to it via MIUI player. And most of the music I have was migrated in via iSyncr from iTunes. Other than that there should be no syncing of music

Check your google account sync - Should be a tick box for music now.

Also I'm getting this issue with reboots too. Some of my accounts get reset such as face book and ping chat, but everything else seems to be ok.
