bought new blade grey 3 days ago from argos, but it freezes at lock screen after installing customerised rom from initial start. touch screen is not responding and only power button works, installed various rom like Finnish_Fillyjonk_RLS1, Finnish_Fillyjonk_RLS5,flb-froyo-blade-r10b, Frankdroid-r1, Japanese_Jellyfish_RLS9, Swedish_Snow_RLS1, all failed to put the screen back to working condition, tried to switch to stock b10 or b08 rom but still not working, tried b10 tpt rom and still failed. the screen was working when in original orange stock rom, just not responding any more in any customer rom, anyone got idea what might happen? is it a software problem or hardware issue?

I have the same problem. I tried to investigate the problem, but for now I am sure that the problem appears when some notification exist on status bar. I am not sure that it is exactly hardware problem, because it starts freezing after some time when I install new releases of Android with clearing cache.

Check that tread: http://android.modaco.com/content/zte-blad...e-touch-screen/

People have similar problem but as far as I understood no one found the solution yet.

Here is the link to stock ROM backup which you can place to SD card and use clockmodwork recovery to restore. This initial system image brings your touchscreen back to life.

Still looking for some handy guy to incorporate new touchscreen support to new ROMs versions.
