Guest purplemoya Posted March 5, 2011 Report Posted March 5, 2011 I have an HTC 7 Trophy which has been working fine since new for about a month however in the last two weeks it has started crashing/rebooting itself. Initially this would occur whilst in internet explorer on the web via 3g, the handset would vibrate once then display the HTC startup screen (white screen with HTC logo in green) however it would hang at this screen and require removal of the battery before it would reboot successfully. Now this has started happening even when switching the device on, taking photos, whilst in standby etc. It is becoming a real pain. Any ideas anyone? Thanks
Guest awarner Posted March 9, 2011 Report Posted March 9, 2011 I've not heard of these issues before so would first suggest resetting the device and reinstalling your applicatinos etc again. The othe3r possible issue is if the microSD card is causing an issue with it not being housed firmly enough or if the phone has been knocked or dropped?
Guest LEFTKOYL Posted August 16, 2011 Report Posted August 16, 2011 (edited) I have the same reboot issues with the trophy. Now it is stuck at the HTC white screen and do nothing from there. Edited August 16, 2011 by LEFTKOYL
Guest René Klunder Posted September 22, 2012 Report Posted September 22, 2012 (edited) Don't tell me that twelve months later you haven't solved it..........? I could help. Edited September 22, 2012 by René Klunder
