vega rom issue

Wondering how to resolve rom issue. Dowwnloaded rom and unzipped file plugged in vega as required but when i run the windows file a cmd prompt box says its waiting for device. How do i get passed this stage?

Followed the proocedure to the letter but cant get passed this stage. Just sits saying waiting for device.

Please use existing threads and seach before starting new topics. Everything you need is already here, especially in the stickies, and all problems have been resolved many many times.

Which OS are you using? Quickest solution is probably to uninstall and delete the drivers then install them manually.
