How to change russian windows to english windows????

New to the site and I searched how to do this, but haven't found anything, so creating a new thread.

I have an Asus P535 with Windows in Russian, but I would like to change it to English. I read a few threads on other sites about the ROM and that I can get it from the Asus Support Site, but I'm new to this whole thing and not sure which is the right one from the list on the website http://www.asusp535.com/downloads.html

If someone could break it down in simple language if possible that would be AWESOME!!! :-)

After figuring out what ROM to download, what are the steps after that to get my phone running in English?
