Guest Alexander_13 Posted March 7, 2011 Report Posted March 7, 2011 I recently switched from WM and Palm to Android, and don't regret a bit. But certain things puzzle me, because they were so obvious in WM and I miss them. I have a lot of contacts and I often use search to find persons I need. In WM, the Search was scanning every field (name, address, category, position, business name, notes, etc.), which was very convenient. For instance, I searched for "Paris" and it gave me everybody from my contacts who's based in Paris. In Android, the Google search only scans the name field. So when I search for Paris, I find no matches! (unless I add Paris Hilton to my address book :( ) How can I make Google Search scan every field of my contacts? Maybe more options are available? Perhaps mode advanced search app is there to help? Thanks!
