Guest musicman100 Posted March 7, 2011 Report Posted March 7, 2011 Hi, I unlock the phone and everything was working fine I then put the original orange sim back in to check something and ever since I can not get 3G any more. I am using a three sim . I have tried different 3 sims from other phones that work fine but still it will not connect to three only orange but only 2G. Looking in the phone it is very scratched around the ariel at the bottem. Do you think it may be damaged? i have tried different APN settings which work on my other san fransico but not on this one. Should I do a factory reset? Or root it -will that help with the problem? Thank-you
