Phone force closes on 1.8.1

Running 1'8.1 with perfmod and the phone app will let me finish my call then force closes and it won't receive our make calls till I restart.its not all that bad but usually happens at least once a day and is pretty annoying...it happens with perfmod disabled as well but not as often thanks in advance and keep kickin ass steve
