Guest Hermit Dave Posted March 8, 2011 Report Posted March 8, 2011 hi friends... i think my touch panel on screen has some prob it doesn't working properly i mean it responding wrongly or miss align after hard reset i stuck on alignment screen i hv try several time but its not align and its start realignment again and again so want to ask is there any way to bypass alignment screen at start up (after flasing rom or hard reset) or is there any lite rom which automatically align it (i hv seen some rome like this) plz help me there is an option when building ROM that allows the user the bypass the align screen. if you are stuck see if you can press end call or any key that lets you out of align screen. The culprit here is a registry value Install PHM registry or any other editor of your choice. resco explorer ships with a decent one Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > HARDWARE > DEVICEMAP > TOUCH Under there find MaxCalError. Should be something like 7. Set it to 30. Save and exit the registry. How try aligning again. Start >> Settings >> System >> Screen
Guest om990rt Posted March 8, 2011 Report Posted March 8, 2011 Use the idroid rom from this forum, it help me bypass the calibration or else it keeps loop and loop there is no way to get pass it as my screen digitizer is faulty too. I think Samsung i900 is the only phone that have faulty digitizer after sometime i don't see any other phones with this problem.

Try it... its simple enough You open notepad. Click save as. From there, go to the what kind of file to save it as. Check All files*. Save it as welcome.not . Then you transfer the file to the Storage Device on your phone. Turn off your phone, turn it back and that should be it.

BTW try 23699 or 29007 i think they are the best builds.
