orange san francisco died

Help.Bought san francisco on ebay,unlocked,debranded and used on t mobile.3 months later and it died in my pocket.wont turn on,charged but screen blank.Have tried holding power button down and pressing volume button up or down-nothing.Don't know if a software or hardware fault.Also had ebay app on when it failed.if sent for repair could someone get on my account?

Take the battery out then put it back in, plug the charging lead in and WAIT at least 10 minutes on charge before you try turning it on again
