Restore phone for warranty

Hi,

Is it possible to restore the phone exactly like it came out of factory. I have an Acer Liquid A1. I dont need warranty now but I want to know it's possible and how. (I still have 1 year 5 months warranty)

Is it just downloading the Acer 2.1 upgrade for the Liquid and flash it, isn't there a check for downgrading? Can they still see if it has got Malez recovery on it?

You have to flash the official BIN for Acer A1 and it will wipe everything, malez recovery too.

When choosing .bin make sure you flash the one which is for your type of device - EMEA for Europe, AAP if from Asia.

I am in Europe, but mine is from HongKong :(

I have to send back to acer my liquid S100.

I flashed it with this from acer site. Is it enough? Or I have to use AcerTool or something else?

I just flashed the official .bin from the acer support site. I think that's enough and anyway I don't believe they will check the whole system if there is an hardware failure (like it was in my case).
