Japanese jellyfish Stuck on "Android Screen"

I just flashed it and it appears to be stuck on the "twinkling" android sign it appears to be looping ? Is this normal? Its been about 3 minutes :S

I've had that on a few flashes...

remove the battery, boot to recovery, wipe the settings, cache, dalvik etc and reboot

if that doesn't fix it, re-flash it

if that doesn't, re-download the file (or check the MD5) to make sure it's not corrupt and try again

Hope you have formatted /system and cleared davlik cache.

Also try a different SDCard if you get no progress

I simply restored EVERYTHING and then reflashed have moved onto pauls ROM now thanks for the help!
