I've tried plenty of media programs, all of the files (unconverted) laggs, so my thoughts was that i needed to convert.

I tried but i didn't succeed, everything laggs, does somebody know how?

Btw, i cant try the video guide that is for zte blade since my graphic card is ati.

Have you overclocked (691mhz for me) what resolution/ bitrate/format of the video you are trying to play?

710mhz and 32 heapsize, hw enabled. I don't really remember, i chose a random .avi file

Here is a thread with a few good answers, if you scroll down to post 16 then you will see how i have done the video playing on the Blade.

Use mVideoPlayer on the Blade to view and use 'Handbrake' on your PC to convert files to MP4 - view the above linked thread for completeness though.

someone can give me the specs of the mp4 (rate, resolution ?)

to be able to play videos in hardware mode

Resolution is anything the Blade can handle - the screen is 480 by 800 so if you enable the 'Keep Aspect Ratio' box in the handbrake settings then adjust upto what you need.

Obviously the higher the resolution the better quality playback but perhaps bigger filesize.

Rate (if you mean framerate) i have kept the same as source.

Phoenix if you follow my above link and try it exactly as i have laid out you should have decent results - on mVideoPlayer on the Blade and using HandBrake for conversion on your PC.

I guess you could alter the settings slightly for different results but i am more than happy with my settings :(
