disabling "Slide Up Zoom In" feature of samsung photo viewer

hello everyone, i was wondering if there is a way to disable the SLIDE UP ZOOM IN function of the photo viewer and maintain the TAP AND HOLD to ZOOM feature..

hmm, let me give you an example..

let's say the photo is a face of a person, i tap and hold to zoom in to his lips, and then while zoomed in, i want to go to the right eye, but i can't because once i slide my fingers up or side doesnt matter, it'll either zoom in or zoom out,

of course i can always zoom out and then tap and hold to the right eye area, but it's kind of a hassle plus the fact that it's kinda slow doing that..

why did i want to remove the slide up zoom in function? because i am reading my PICTURED(white board) notes from my class "i know i'm lazy, right?" :(

and i zoom in to have a good view and it's annoying when i want to move to another part of the photo and the slide up zoom in function is activated

i hope someone can help me.. thanks in advance.. i tried finding it in registry but come to no avail..
