3g and Video Call is not Working even after update

3g and Video Call is not Working even after update using Rom that support it i900DXIA5/DZIA5

internet always using ( E ) Edge Connection

and Video call is closed not even click-able

Samsung i900 omnia => Win 6.1

any idea ??
