Guest SerialBlack Posted March 12, 2011 Report Posted March 12, 2011 Are there any tutorials, or ways to have completely custom boot screens with sound? I have a rough Idea of how things work, but havent found anything fully explaining what the various options in the desc.txt file are, or how to use them. I have used absolute root to just put basic animations in, without sound, and from the phone off to running starts in this order: Acer splash LCR-2.0 Bootscreen (The red one with no animation, I can hear a slight pop from my speaker, but no sound file) part0 of whatever animation I loaded part1 of that animation Phone loaded come to think of it how would I change the splash screen as well? lol, I know I dont say much on here, but I spend waaaay too much time reading everything I can about my phone. if someone could point me in the right direction to have my phone start like this: custom splash custom animation with sound (1-3parts) phone loaded that would be just awesome :D :(

Guest SerialBlack Posted March 15, 2011 Report Posted March 15, 2011 ok, that helps a bit, now I need to know how to setup the desc.txt so that it knows what to look for and where..or if I can use more then one sound for the animation, like one per part kinda thing.
