Skullcandy earphones?

does anyone have skullcandy titan/inkd/dub earphones?

i was thinking of buying these but want to make sure that they work on the blade..

i looked at this thread below but some poeple said that they couldnt use their skullcandy?

the skullcandies are a 3.5mm plug though

Earphone (headphone) is earphone. It is universal so why wouldn't it work?

It is those with mic headset that have compatibility issue.

I have those skullcandy headphones, they're ok for the price but the jack constantly pops up out of the blade. I don't know whether its the skullcandy jack, my blade, or what. But it is damn annoying, as it stops playback until you put it back in and press play again.

Is it because you had a silicone case on?

Make a bigger hole may probably cure it?

Just make sure you don't get a iphone compatable headset, they have a different wiring setup.

Just to clear things up. A headset includes a microphone. The iPhone headsets have a different wiring set up to the standard. (apple pricks...) and the article in question was a pair of Skullcandy FMJ's that i have had for a while now.

I have the inkd pink earbuds (mic'd). No problem with using them. I have a silicone/gel cover and don't have a problem with fit. It's actually quite secure. I originally bought them to work with my itouch, as I hate apple headphones with a vengeance! I guess they're iphone/itouch compatable earbuds (with the inline mic) and no probs with using them. Also used sennheisers and sony earbuds, as well as skullcandy lowriders headphones with the blade, no issues on any of them.

(couldn't say the mic worked on the inkd ones however. Never tested it, and it's not something I'd use anyway.)

Iphone compatible headset with mic definitely does not work.

You get the sound to both ears but the are the same sound in BOTH ears (not stereo) until you press the mic (to connect ground).

Do a thorough test on stereo sound.

You are better off using just plain stereo headphones (without mic).
