Windows Mobile 6.1 Upgrade Needed

I am looking for the Samsung upgrade from August 2008 to upgrade from Windows Mobile 6 to Windows Mobile 6.1. I've been trying to get it from Samsung but is isn't on their website any longer. They have kicked it up to their Tier IV support but still no luck. There is a Windows Mobile 6.1 maintenance release on their website but the maintenance release assumes you already have 6.1. I've tried it and it doesn't work. Any help you can provide would be appreciated. I've given an old Blackjack II to my niece and she doesn't like it since it doesn't support Conversational Texting. 6.1 is where Conversational Texting was introduced.
