I am so exited and cannot wait any longer so I have ordered the LG O2X already. PCCW in HK offered me a 24 months contract at HKD$300 installment per month x 24 which already including the device and the mobile service. The new toy will deliver to my home on Apr 1, hope that they will not fool me around on that day......... Edited March 16, 2011 by navygino

In the meantime, im fooling around with an itouch4g i got as a present this xmas (keep ur friends close but ur enemies closer lol) and if fnac (spain) repeats last year's offers, i might be getting an itouch5g next winter with a 30% discount by giving away the 4G (so about 140 Euros, not bad for a dual-processor toy). Again, im only gonna be reitiring the A1 if something brutally powerful (quad-core CPUs) is available on the market and doesnt cost as much as one of my vital organs.

But since this is my first touchscreen device it was a very nice buy. With CM7 it works flawlessly, very fast, and I can play all the games I want. I'll wait till smartphones are very much faster and my device can't run an android version that the Liquid cant run (hardware-wise)
Guest dentette Posted March 16, 2011 Report Posted March 16, 2011 Due to a 10 cm drop, my screen is broken. Since it's an S/A 100 it is not economic anymore to repair the screen. As many I will probably move to the lg O2X because of the terga chip and it seems a good community is already forming. Hopefully it will be as customizable as the liquid

Guest matthewye Posted March 16, 2011 Report Posted March 16, 2011 I sat on my A1 the other night and broke the screen from the inside...yes, the surface is fine but I see a line cutting across inside. I have bought the Galaxy Ace. It is not as good as A1 overall, but it is cheap. Comparing Ace with A1, Ace connects to wifi 3~4 times quickier, the worst part of Ace is its screen and no developer like those in this community.

Yes, if I have a choice now, definitely Atrix!! Almost same price with O2X......but the bootloader lock is also a concern.... Anyway no date release in Asia....HK, only selling in US now.....

Trying to decided between: -Nexus S -Xperia Play I'm hoping the play will sit around $400, and I'll probably get it if it is, as ROM would get that much easier to play.

However, the LG UI is really a nightmare to me. It always FC and sometimes halt when phone in. Sometimes WIFI automatic OFF. And the voice quality is not acceptable. :( Very poor performance. And the customer service center of LG in HK is also a nightmare to me. Only 2 service counters was working, which let me wait for 4 hours last time. And the repair time of my P500 is over 5 weeks. WTF. :D Finally, they informed me the motherboard of my P500 had problem. So, they change a new P500 to me. But all the problems are occur. I finally sold it. And return to use Liquid as my master phone. And for LG Android, custom development of ROM is less.
