As start, I will give you the screen capture function.

Press and hold HOME for a second, while holding HOME press POWER button once, screen will flash and you got yourself a screen capture which will be stored on your Internal SD Card

When editing textfields. You can tap on the side of the phone to make the cursor go either right or left :-) Very useful in my opion...

YES, this is a good finding :D

Actually there is Gesture menu under settings.

You can use phone gesture for many things .... like flip over to mute an incoming call or Snooze (turn off) your alarm

Very easy, in editor (i.e. composing SMS) if you want to move the cursor to the left, tap your device on the right side of the screen, if you want to move it to the right, tap it on the left side of the screen.
