Update ROM Kitchen ROM

Hi guys,

Sorry if this has been answered already but I created my rom from the ROM kitchen a while ago. I keep getting messages to apply system updates but when I try I get a signature error. I am currently running r9. I am new to the whole ROM thing and was wondering if I am just being a bit thick.

Do not apply the updates, they'll screw your phone up

So I guess to get the latest r11 I will need to re-bake my rom? Also does r11 include the update to market place?
