Guest nathanunist Posted March 17, 2011 Report Posted March 17, 2011 So, I just ordered a Webmachines UX100 (Korean version of Advent Vega). Hopefully I'll have it Friday afternoon Korea time. I remember reading something somewhere about saving the ROM for further research. Is this something that anybody has interest in? If so, how do I do it? I plan on putting the MoDaCo upgrades as soon as I get it.

I remember reading something somewhere about saving the ROM for further research. Is this something that anybody has interest in? If so, how do I do it? I plan on putting the MoDaCo upgrades as soon as I get it. It is of interest if the ROM is newer than V 1.10. The V1.10 version is available on their website, so only a newer version would be nice to get. Install ClockWorkMod (This does not change anything on your ROM) and do a Nandroid backup. Then publish the IMG files of the Nandroid backup. We would need boot.img and system.img, maybe data.img as well. You can use e.g. Dropbox for sharing the files.
Guest nathanunist Posted March 17, 2011 Report Posted March 17, 2011 Thanks. Hopefully I'll be able to get into it this weekend :D
