Guest wi-fli Posted March 17, 2011 Report Posted March 17, 2011 I'm on r7+10.2 and get no crashes, even on bbc Japan pages that others reported cause flash crashes (see the flash 10.2 thread). Not sure if it's r8, or some other mod. My browser is Dolphin hd 4.5

I thought initially it was the leaked 10.2 but 10.1 is the same now :-( Did you install 10.2?
Guest spacecadetuk Posted March 17, 2011 Report Posted March 17, 2011 Same problem here, happens with both flash 10.1 and 10.2, on both dolphinhd and stock browser. I think its got to be the BBC,,s website as that's the only site it happens on.
Guest trevor432990 Posted March 17, 2011 Report Posted March 17, 2011 Try clearing cache from Adobe Flash Player app 'before' uninstalling then re-install the version you want. It may help as that is what I did when reverting on my r7 system.

Mine works fine sometimes and then others it will just force close the browser in the middle of reading a page. As it is the only gripe I have got I am not that bothered and in fact reopening the page generally seems to work fine. Never does this on any other website. I haven't modded any firmware (though mine was sold as P10anO model and came with market and flash preinstalled with software version 1.06 ?)
Guest ezynow Posted March 17, 2011 Report Posted March 17, 2011 Cant remember the exact setting but i turned off automatically runing scripts. I.E flash content doesent play straight away get an arrow. Seemed to stop the crashes thus far. Cheers
