"Broken" Streak Help.

I recently started using my Dell Streak 7, After a couple of hours using it, The screen started to flash and it turned off.

I thought it was the battery, because it was low at the time. So I charged it.

After a while, I took it out and turned it on. It was stuck on the dell logo, So I tried to format it, but everytime I try I get a "Battery Low!" error, Even though I had charged it.

The firmware is 2.2.

Any help would be greatly apreciated. Thanks. :D

Take it back.. sounds like it's fried itself.
