No themes, Apps stripped to the bone, Hardware accel ON, Stagefright enabled (not http), VM Cache increased to 38M. Memory requirement way less than 105M. JackPal Terminal Emulator added...

Yep, I am while uploading. Can't keep up with you ATM, so probably leave it at that unless someone wants a particular Theme and App mix.

Yep, I'll give it a go - I don't (personally) rate Titanium, and find (personally) that it MIGHT cause problems. So might leave that out!

Desire Slate isn't available with Circle Battery. Backup wise, I Nandroid if necessary, but generally use the Google Backup/Restore to re-sync everything. I need to use "clean" phones....!

First GenX from Frankish wasn't colour specific! Red one to follow. You will be able to flash without wipe.

I have amended the post to declare the colour, thanks for that.
