Is the WHITE Orange San Fran an LCD or OLED screen, please? I just reserved one @ Argos for the steal price of £89.99 which includes a "free" £10 topup. I don't mind either technology of screen, but would love to know what I am getting, before the fact.

Also, I hear these are now freely unlockable? :D

Not sure but the one I got in Tesco was white for ~90 quid ( you had to buy 30 quids worth of shopping for that price ) and the screen looks just as good as a mates Desire. Very impressed, got it rooted and modaco froyo rom on it half an hour after getting it home. Wifi is responsive, GPS nice and quick. It was not sim locked and now has an O2 sim in it.

Fantastic little phone for the money.

That's great, but I can get it @ Argos for £89 without the silly requirement of having to buy X amount of goods to qualify (I could get it from Orange themseves for £120, if I wanted to pay that much). I had the AMOLED version previously, and heard a rumour that the white version was LCD screen, hence I asked.

I now have the phone, and confirm that the WHITE Orange UK San Francisco has 512Mb RAM, and LCD.
