i was installing a free browser from the Anroid marketplace when the phone crashed and rebooted automatically. Now it reboots constantly and won't stay on long enough for me to do anything. Help!?

Yes, in stock ROM but phone is rooted. Clockworkmod isn't installed (what is it?) but everything is backed up with Titanium...

With SIM card out i was able to delete browser i'd down loaded and turn off wifi, but with the SIM card back in, the phone goes back into a reboot cycle around 5 seconds after i type in my code. Phone DOESN'T restart until after it waits for me to enter my code.

Does this mean my phone is screwed? Please, tell me the truth doctor... Anyone?

Well, since you got root maybye you should try and flash Clockwork recovery. There are plenty of guides on the forum. And when you're there then you should do a wipe, and if that doesen't work you should flash a new ROM.

FYI i decided to hold off on this until after going to the mfr's boutique today. i was afraid of doing anything that might void a warranty. Thanks again for your help.
