[request] Blinking soft touch for notification (With link inside)

Hi all, I've read here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=973125 about the possibility on Nexus S to have the softtouch blinking for notification. This is made by the use of a custom kernel.. It's possible to have the same for the liquid?
