Need Help with 3g/EDGE

Hi, i had installed the 2.2 CM6.1-0.40, without any problem, my edge was working. Then I hire a unlimited internet plan for my cellphone, but then came hell, now i dont have Edge or 3g. I tried to install anothers roms, without any result, i dont know if can be a software or hardware issue, anyone has the same problem and knows how to fix it?

Now i have another issue, sometimes i cant make some calls, or send sms. Im in the edge of trowing this sh*t out. :D

I know what happen, my cellphone Chip its old, thts why my 3g doesnt work, and sometime the calls and sms doesnt work. I just have to change it.
