To make a long story short, here is what happened.

  • Dropped phone on pavement, cracked screen
  • Ordered replacement screen
  • Dropped phone on tiled floor, phone dies entirely
  • Thinking it's the screen I try the replacement one
  • Still not working

Since it was a work phone which I can do whatever I want with now since it's been replaced with a Samsung Galaxy S.

All I ask in return is that you pay for the shipping charges.. :D

The replacement display should work just fine, tools are included (new price of it was €20-30? Can't remember really)

Just give me your story why you want it and I'll send it off to you for the shipping in it's original box + headset included (and battery!)

I just have to ask, did your screen break in the upper right corner?

Just asking since when I dropped my phone my screen got some cracks in it, but only the upper right corner. And I had to send it in for repair for a year ago when I had some strange liquid inside my glass that was leaking from the LCD, also upper right corner :D

Nah.. Mine broke in upper left and right corner and whole left side of the screen...

Okey, maybe it is just a strange coincident for me then :D

Just thought if the liquids actually are weaker in the right upper corner :D

afaik the first Liquids (the ones produced in 2009) actually are weak in the upper-right corner (it was a design flaw in fact). The ones produced starting from jan/feb 2010 and onward should not have that issue.

What color is your liquid? Any damage to the battery cover? I want a black one without the rogers logo, hopefully it matches! The battery would be nice, thanks. How much is the shipping? I live in canada, name the price :D

two days ago my phone fell with the display facing down. Now the LCD-liquid is starting to pour down. At first it was only blackened the status bar, but is progressing slowly. At the moment it is still usable but who knows if the LCD-liquid will stop.

If the screen still works is the only thing I would u.u

Hm, I bought mine in late januarý, so I should have that newer version... And the screen is actually less responsive in the upper right corner aswell, and the upper right corner happens to be where all the bad things happens for me...

Maybe I was unlucky and got an old Liquid when I ordered =(

Thanks! I saw no point in it scrapping around my home or throwing it away if there were parts that could be used.. Recycling at it's best :D

Btw, where did you order your replacement screen?

Is it that one you can find on ebay for 39USD or something like that?
