Network browsing to play videos and listen to music.

Hello.

I am trying to find a program to install on my android device, which will allow me to browse through my PC's SAMBA shares, and listen to my music via the network. Aditionally, I'd like to be able to watch my movies over the network.

I installed Astro file manager, and I've managed to be able to browse my network folders, but when I select a song to play, or a movie to watch, it says it can't run that file type.

No matter what I select, it wont let me play/watch.

Is there a special way to do this? I'm surprised that Android doesn't have capabilities such as this, my Archos media player manages it with their stock operating system :D

So this doesn't exist then ...
