Guest dalxr Posted March 24, 2011 Report Posted March 24, 2011 I have been trying to get adb to find my device in cmd but no joy. Have follwed EVERY guide but no joy... i am trying to push the ad hoc file . Everytime i key adb or adb devide i get, not a recognised internal external bla bla you know what i mean. Maybe xrecovery is going to be the way for me.
Guest jp514 Posted March 24, 2011 Report Posted March 24, 2011 Do you have the Android SDK installed? If so where is it installed? Does it have a file called adb.exe somewhere within the subfolders? (not sure where, as my work pc does not have it installed) Let me know and we can go from there. P.S Posting in the Vega section might get you quicker responses.

Right.... got home from work had a re think and read and now adb SEEM'S to be sorted. Open a command prompt and search adb devices and it finds it. Just got to wait till i get back home in a bit to try to push the supplicant. The suppilcant file is in my c drive already unzipped and copied from the original folder is this ok ? I will let you know how i get on. Cheers jp You made me have a rethink and there is a file saying the adb.exe has been moved from the file everyone says its in. Found it and installed it, Thank you for that.
