Scrolling a frame within a webpage using Android 2.2

Hi everyone , my first post on Modaco. I have just bought an Advent Vega Tablet (dont think this is a specific Vega problem, more OS) and have installed the custom firmware from this site (very good it is too ). I own an iPad and became increasingly frustrated at the lack of "Flash" on it. Steve Jobs should of told a few more peeps about HTML 5 taking over the word, coz its not happening where I am, anyways moving on.

I purchased the Vega purely for its support of Flash, I enjoy a bet on the horses and like to watch the races, last night I watched my first streamed live horse race on the Tablet , and it handled it superbly, I was like a cat who had got all the cream. However today I discovered a problem, the site I use for watching racing www.livevideo.betfair.com puts a list of the days races on the right hand side of the page, im presuming there in a frame, now I cannot for the life of me work out how to scroll through this info, I am completely new to Android and am hoping there is an easy answer to this. on the iPad I can scroll this info but not watch the race, and on the Vega I can watch the races only if it appears on the initial screen. Considering getting a back pack and carrying my desktop pc and a car battery around.
