Back up on one phone, restore on another. Any Problems?

OK, I've got 2 OSF's.

One's mine, one's my wife's.

She doesn't like it and wants an iPhone (I know, don't tell me).

Now, mines an OLED running JJ9 and my wife's is a TFT running one of the finish roms.

I'm not bothered about the different screens, so I was thinking of selling mine (as it has a higher resale price) and using hers.

So, if I back up everything to the SD card on mine, flash hers with JJ9 and put my SD in her phone and restore will that work ?

Hers was bought just before Christmas so had the older firmware....
