Guest NoKushWave Posted March 25, 2011 Report Posted March 25, 2011 (edited) my orange San Francisco had a pattern lock on it and then my wonderful sister put in the wrong pattern too many times and now its asking for a email and password but i have no idea what it is (Bad I Know). is there anyway to reset the phone or get around this ? i went to the orange store today but they were no help and called customer service and put me on the phone to them. EDIT: for people who end up with the same problem you can fix this by install clockworkmod recovery with fastboot http://www.orangesanfrancisco.co.uk/androi...isco-zte-blade/ then through this you can factory reset your phone Edited May 9, 2011 by NoKushWave
Guest Phoenix Silver Posted March 25, 2011 Report Posted March 25, 2011 i think if you flash another rom this will reset the pattern
Guest StevenHarperUK Posted March 25, 2011 Report Posted March 25, 2011 Have a look at Help I have forgotton my android password. in here http://android.modaco.com/content/zte-blad...-questions-faq/ (the Stickied FAQ)
Guest StevenHarperUK Posted March 25, 2011 Report Posted March 25, 2011 Look at the bottom posts of http://android.modaco.com/content/zte-blad...droid-password/ The old thread on the original FAQ has moved on. Have a go at enter correct email address enter "null" (without quotation marks) as password. I am interested to know if that still works

Guest NoKushWave Posted May 9, 2011 Report Posted May 9, 2011 (edited) ok im going to do the clockwork mod with fast boot and im trying to install the drivers needed. this is the tutorial im using http://orangesanfrancisco.co.uk/android/ho...isco-zte-blade/ ive updated two drivers so far (i think the first one was the adb then i updated the drivers for the modem). those two devices have gone and one new one has appeared in there place called "android". Im trying to update the drivers for it but it says "windows was unable to install your android" then underneath it says "windows could not find the driver software for your device" Edited May 9, 2011 by NoKushWave

Guest NoKushWave Posted May 9, 2011 Report Posted May 9, 2011 finally fixed it  since i got clockwork on it now i might aswell look at putting on a custom rom. thank you everyone for you help :)
Guest Subotai Posted May 9, 2011 Report Posted May 9, 2011 yes install clockworkmod with fastboot flash a rom from clockwork Hi guys. I'm thick when it comes to this stuff. I have downlaoded fastboot and the recovery img but cannot find instructions on what to do. There is no file in the fastboot folder that will run on my Vista machine. I tried taking the battery out, turning on holding the + button and connecting to the USB port but it just starts as normal with the enter pattern (which I cannot remember). Can someone please point me in the right direction? Thanks, James
Guest NoKushWave Posted May 9, 2011 Report Posted May 9, 2011 use the instructions and files on this page http://www.orangesanfrancisco.co.uk/androi...isco-zte-blade/ i just tried this and it worked for me  if you have a problem with installing the driver files on that page then use these http://flibblesan.co.uk/android/zte_driver.zip
Guest Stevas Posted June 10, 2012 Report Posted June 10, 2012 Hi, this took me about 6 months to find out and I don't usually post on forums but I felt it would benefit a lot of people. If you've suffered from too many pattern attepts and forgotten the gmail account details on a orange san francisco then the only thing you can do is wipe the phone, and the only way to do that is to dial using the emergency number keypad using *983*987#. This wipes the phone completely and you have to start from scratch. It is the only way. Good luck and enjoy using the phone again.
Guest Davidoff59 Posted June 18, 2012 Report Posted June 18, 2012 Hey fellas, I lost the keys to this Ferrari. It's parked in my neighbours driveway so I have to move it. I want to do it late at night so that people don't think I'm stealing it. How do I disable the alarm and immobiliser, and any tips on hotwiring while I'm at it? It really is my car honest. Do you catch my drift people? If your phone gets stolen, you have provided all the info needed in this very thread.
