Changing memory card - Some problems with app2sd

So I bought new 16gb memory card for my blade to replace the 2gb one that came with it.

I heard that simply copying all files from old card to computer and copying them to new card

would be enough. However apps that I had moved to the memory card don't appear when using

the new card (this has something to do with how app2sd works?).

So what is the easiest way upgrade to new memory card when your already using app2sd?

Titanium backup everything and restore with new card? Would that work?

I'm running latest CM7 nightly.

Titanium Backup is probably your best bet. Or move your apps to internal memory (if you have enough space) then on to your new sd card.
