Screen Discoloration

This is just something that I've noticed after a few days of owning my blade. It's invisible in regular use, especially since most of the time that area of the screen is dark, but when it's all white, some slight discoloration becomes quite obvious:

Ignore what you see on the left, that's just because my only other camera besides the one in my blade is from my 6 year old RAZR. But as you see on the right, there are 3 brownish areas, one at the top, middle and bottom. They're almost invisible even on a full white screen like above, I'm just wondering if I'm alone in having that.

I got some brownish color too in my blade and almost in the same spot as you :/ Can't see it without white background tho'.

I have the same on the bottom middle section.

Interesting. My phone also has a slight brownish discolouration in the area just above the menu button. But it's only noticeable when the background is pure white.

I've also noticed that the discolouration is not there when I first switch on the phone. So I'm guessing it might be temperature related.

Roph, I'd be interested to know what type of display your phone has. Mine has a TFT display of type TRULY.
