Windows Apps, that control Android phones...

Hi Guys,

Whats the best App on the Windows platform that manages and controls our lovely Android phones...??

On the Apple front, I used an App like this... iSpirit

iSpirit - Website

With this app, I can control all the repo's, App sources that go onto my phone, all the Apps installed via Cydia.

I can control themes, music, video, reboot, it basically gives me DIRECT access to it all.... but in Android one, I would also like to manage my Contacts, SMS, and all the phone stuff..

However, I've failed to see such an App for Android, but then again.... I am new to this!! :D
