Dell Streak 2.1 Installation Steps & RADIO FM for UAE

Dear All,

I am new to android. I have purchased a dell streak. I wish to upgrade it to os 2.1. I have seen a lot of codes and command prompts floating around.Pls can Anyone

1. Guide me through a step by step process to upgrade dell streak from 1.6 to 2.1 and what peice of code to write where in dell streak

2. I have read that the chipset of dell streak supports RADIO FM. Pls guide how can i get the radio FM to work to track channels in UAE.
