Hey all !

I got some problems with my samsung omnia i900. It shut down on it's own. It's completely random, it doesn't seem to be caused by anything.

I tried flashing another rom but it didn't work. I think it is harware related cause it shuts down even when it's charging (I don't think a format and new rom will solve that...) Also my warrenty is expired so I have to solve it myself.

Is there some sort of solution for this ? Im now using a old backup phone but I want my omnia back :D

Thanks in advance,

Well, well... Let me explain it to you short, like a GSM Expert explained it to me: When you flash your Omnia, you have 40% chances to be OK, and 60% chance to get different type of errors, issues, or even KILL your Omnia. It is simple. If you install any cooked ROM, ( NOT THE OFFICIAL RELEASE FROM WINDOWS MOBILE AND SAMSUNG) you risk to overkill your device. I'm sorry, but last thing you can try (BACK-UP ALL DATA BEFORE) is to go in Main Menu >> Settings >> System >> Hard Reset >> Clear Memory, and this will delete everything and restore your Omnia to manufacture settings. This is your last resort.
